2. About SunTrade

SunTrade is an online marketplace that connects customers with quality products primarily sourced from China. We act as an intermediary between manufacturers/suppliers and end consumers. All products sold through our platform are subject to availability.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may need to provide accurate and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per customer.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

Commission

SunTrade charges a service commission on each transaction. This commission is included in the displayed product price and covers sourcing, quality assurance, and customer support services.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Significantly different from the product description
• The wrong item was shipped

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@suntrade.store with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging
• Perishable goods
• Personal care and hygiene products (opened)

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information

• Resell products purchased from SunTrade without prior agreement

• Product defects originating from the manufacturer

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunTrade, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
